Christian Moschen

*1960   lives and works in Grins

In 1976 Moschen completed an apprenticeship as a machinist. His ideas arise from reflections on everyday life, which in subsequent sketches and models take initial shape and in the further process of creation by concentrating on the essentials may well be reformulated. As preferred materials Moschen use clay and steel.

Discover our Collection

Discover the almost 1,200 works in our constantly growing collection in our online database. In the future, the collection will be expanded primarily through the purchases of current contemporary art associated with the art prizes. However, the jury will also recommend annual purchases to the Board of Directors to supplement the existing holdings of recent Tyrolean art history.
