Karl Pfeifle

*1935  

Pfeifle worked primarily in graphics, photography, painting, sculpture and model building. He was self-taught and his greatest influence was the art of the Maya and the issue of futurology. For his sculptural creations he used various materials, such as burnt clay, mosaic, plastic and metal.

In the future, the collection will be expanded primarily through the purchases of current contemporary art associated with the art prizes. However, the jury will also recommend annual purchases to the Board of Directors to supplement the existing holdings of recent Tyrolean art history.
