Keber studied sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna under Franz Santifaller 1948-52. Member of the Tyrolean Artists' Association since 1947. Bronze sculptures, but also numerous stone sculptures in public spaces with symbolic abstract forms (Rennweg Innsbruck; traffic island in front of the Rotunde, Innsbruck).
